This is a presentation I gave in the Visual Cultures department at Goldsmiths University of London on February 2, 2017, as part of the "Informatics of Domination" lecture series curated by Zach Blas. The lecture covers topics of ubiquitous genomics, phenotyping, and counter-surveillance, and calls for a new form of biopolitical art practice.
